I recommend this TV stand. Came in well packaged box with all parts included and clearly labeled. I had been considering how to get my TV near the window for TV and air antenna placement without blocking my window view or preventing window opening. This worked perfectly and the height adjustments are as advertised. The directions were sequential, had great diagrams and the parts for each sequence was on the top of each page. Before choosing the stand, I had watched a couple utubes and videos about stands to get an idea of what was involved and was able to put it together with this background prep and the good directions. The brake locks work well and it does seem secure. Fedex and Wayfair delivery notifications worked perfectly as always. The price was excellent for the value and fits my needs.
