This cooktop heats fast and holds temperature nicely. Overall materials seem to be high quality, and all functions as advertised. Overall, this is a nice product. I have two issues with the cooktop. First, the aluminum front edge looks nice, at first. It is soft and easily scratched by moving pans over its surface. Even clean smooth bottom pans can and will scratch the surface. Ours looked well used after the first 30 days. Too bad for such a nice cooktop. Second, the controls are not intuitive. You must turn on the burner by touching the symbol, but the temperature controls are only in the center symbol. Everyone who uses this cooktop tries to adjust the burner on the symbol for that burner. How hard would it have been to put a temperature switch in each symbol? You could have turned on the burner and adjusted the temperature in one motion. Note, these are minor annoyances, and should not detract from a very good product at a value price.. decapod. Shipping was super quick and it is very nice. Super easy to install. The over is huge and the oven light is so bright you can clearly see your food through the glass door. I love that it has the broiler and it comes with a little pull out rack. It also has a way of holding cookie sheets or pans in the broiler without using the rack. The griddle is nice,not as thick as I would have liked but itll do fine. It has a self cleaning button and all the functions youll ever need. It is not smudge proof but it is easy to clean.
