Love this tile- the shape, size, and color. Project is still a work-in-progress but we have no complaints about this product. I really love this tile and I get compliments on it all the time. I chose charcoal grout to go with it and it looks great. I will say it does get dirty easily and shows dust but keeps me on top of cleaning it. My tile installer said not all pieces wet cut exactly which messed with the symmetry of the floor design and he had to go through all the boxes to get pieces of the same size in the main area. These tiles are beautiful. Everyone who has seen our bathroom is blown away and says it looks even better in person than the pictures. We wanted hexagons but something that didn’t look overly modern. My vision for our bathroom was to modernize it but keep it homey and spa-like. The stone look of these tiles was perfect. The only pitfall is that our contractor said they were VERY hard to cut - even with a wet saw and diamond blade. Not a complaint so far. We took a risk and put it on the floor of our custom. Our contractors made beautiful cuts and didn’t complain about the quality or difficulty (even though the slope needed was probably a pain). Ordered a box of the gray ones to see if I liked them as much in person and I absolutely do. I laid them on the floor in our half bath to get a feel for it. I was afraid it might look too floral, but it was the right amount of geometric for me. We ended up ordering enough to do our master too. The single box as a sample had none broken, but when we ordered the rest like 1/4th of them were. Wayfair was good about replacing them, and they came quickly. We love the finished look.. Laura. This tile is gorgeous! We haven't installed it yet but still beautiful tile and good quality. The only problem is (why I am giving this 3 stars) is that one of the two boxes we ordered had almost all broken pieces and some were even shattered. We thought ok that happens and we will just have it replaced. Well the replacement has a piece broken on every square foot of tile. Wayfair has good customer service but I find this is probably due to the nature of Wayfair's shipping.
