I wish I could give this blanket more than 5 stars on my review! I absolutely love this one! It is incredibly soft and has a perfect weight to it. I originally got it when I was sick because I stayed cold and didn’t want to crank up the heat just for me. Now, I’m feeling better and my daughter has decided that she is claiming this blanket. This blanket is a very generous size and extremely soft! I also really like the color - it was listed as yellow but it’s definitely more of a caramel color, which is very pretty. My dog has been obsessed with it. It’s got some good weight to it also, which makes it extra cozy. The underside (you can see a bit in my pics) is not the same fur texture, more like a plain velvet, but it’s still quite soft. I wish the underside was the same caramel color instead of white. I like that the furry side isn’t super long, as I’ve had blankets with longer fur in the past and they never come out of the wash looking good. I haven’t washed this one yet but feel more confident it’ll be ok. One weird note is that I keep getting comments from people that it looks like the texture of a brain or coral, and I can’t unsee that now (you’ll see what I mean in my pics!). Kelsey. I ordered this blanket in the ‘black marble’ option. It is incredibly soft and cozy and perfect size for cuddling on the couch. Really excited to put it to use once it gets colder! It’s definitely heavy and warm, even with the air conditioning blasting. The only thing I’m a little disappointed in is the color. I don’t now if my pictures fully show, but it almost shows a bit on the blue side. Especially in the lighter gray spots. The opposite side is a solid velvet-y material in a slightly warmer gray that slightly contrasts the slightly blue-ish black on the fur side.
