I was needing a stool to sit on while doing my antique upscaling projects. This stool is the perfect height. It's easy to sit on and get up--and doesn't bother my knees or back. I like the large size of the seat so I don't feel hesitant about sitting down and accidentally missing the stool. It's very sturdy. It opens and closes quite easily as well. There is a locking latch to keep it in place. The only small con I can see is the plastic coverings for the four feet.
