The Bessemer Screen Kit comes unassembled with 2 panels that can be connected using the included joiner clips. Please allow approximately 90 mins for the assembly of these two panels. This screen is made from our signature WoodTek Vinyl material that has the appearance and texture of natural wood but is actually premium-grade vinyl. This material is UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free, perfect to upgrade your outdoor space. We are proud to offer products made of recycled PVC which reduces the carbon footprint of the Bessemer Screen. The boards that comprise the screens measure 39 7/8in W x 10in H and, once assembled have a 1/2in gap in distance between each other. If you have hard ground, we recommend wetting the ground that you plan to insert the panels into and then using a mallet to insert the stakes into the ground. 3 stars are for the actual look of the product. I would give 0 stars for the putting together of said product. I find it ridiculous these don't have pre-drilled holes. Don't even bother using the metal bit provided because it's weak & too small as it broke on hole #2 for me. Instead get a 1/8" bit for metal. Be prepared to need to anchor these to something as they are not free standing unless you don't mind the slightest breeze blowing them over. Minus the trial & error of figuring out what I actually needed to assemble these, and now needing to figure out how I'm to anchor these, I find the look of them great.. Molly. The screen does the job it was ordered for - hide the trashcan. Would certainly work for blocking a street view for an air conditioner. I ordered the white vinyl since it would be easier to hose off any mud splatter that the natural wood. Easy to put together, took only 20 minutes. When the box arrived we weren't sure about assembly since every slat is a separate piece - see pictures. A rubber mallet was used to get the stakes into the ground. Once in it is very secure.. Amazing! This fence is so beautiful in real life! Although not needed, I decided to protect mine by sealing/staining it with a transparent stainer (see pics) after speaking with the Enclo's customer service. I purchased these to create a piece of wall art and I AM SO BRILLIANT! Lightweight and easy to work with and seems it could be cut down if needed easily with a jig saw. I’m thinking I may put some stained glass film behind it to make it look like a stained glass window.
