The tub is beautiful and looks great in our new bathroom. It is comfortable to lay in for me and im 6' tall. The down side. The first tub arrived damaged. When it was delivered I found it placed on its side, all of the weight resting on the nose of the tub, consequently cracking it. Delivery guys fault... wayfair customer service was stellar. They gave us a 10% refund and sent out a replacement tub no questions asked. Secondly, we have black finishes in the bathroom and it came with Chrome. We assumed we would be able to replace those out with black however, my contractor informed us that the sizes are odd and he couldn't find replacements that would fit. He did however position the tub so thatthe overflow drain is not visible from the room. After searching for weeks I decide on this tub due to the shape and size. I like that it is combination of rectangular at the bottom and rounded at the top. The result in my new bathroom is spectacular. I had very limited space to work with and had to actually return a larger thb I had ordered. I was afraid this six would be too small but it is perfect! Actually two people can fit in it comfortably. The material was as described and it arrived quickly and undamaged in excellent packaging. My contractor had no issues installing it. The price was great for this tub. I Even had a sales person at a high end bath and kitchen store tell me to order it from wayfair i stead of from them!. Andrea.
