Works like a charm! I’ll cook a double batch of vegetables, casseroles and sauces, then pour or spoon into a zip lock bag and put in the freezer for 24 hours. Just disassemble and take the frozen block out and store in freezer. This has saved us so much room and all we have to do is thaw and warm up. Time saver, too!. Ida.
