I love its design, and great size, it is very spacious inside, I like the internal location for the water intake, and the location of the ice maker, since this makes more space on the inside to put more food and drinks. The fingerprints on doors are something that can be fixed with applying stainless steel cleaner, this creates a layer that protects it from fingerprints. The installation by the specialist technicians was excellent, and they placed it in the chosen room. They were very careful when moving the fridge inside the house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely rate this fridge above average if it weren't for the items I noted below. The Good First, I love size and capacity. Having cabinet depth means I can see the food items at the back better than with my old fridge. The lighting is great and the temperature convertible top drawer will be nice. I like the versatility of all the shelving too however the two tiny snack drawers are of questionable utility. I tested the temperature at various locations and it was spot on. Overall, nice engineering design. The Bad Fit and finish could use some work. The top doors do not line up perfectly across the top. The freezer drawer does not snap shut like the top drawer (maybe a weight issue). There is a very small dimple on the surface where I imagine it was bumped (most people will never notice though). Lastly, and maybe this is normal when it is running, the sound is reminiscent of a jackhammer all be it faint. We are happy with our purchase. It fits perfectly in the space provided in our kitchen. We are not concerned with all the bells and whistles which comes with more higher priced appliances. It is only the two of us. Yet, one nevers knows if their grown children may get laid off and need a place to stay during the pandemic. Our only concern was that we had initially ordered it on November 11, 2020; of which we were able to preselect a scheduled delivery on November 27, 2020. Unfortunately, they'd rescheduled it on December 30, 2020. This is after we received a call the afternoon prior to the 27th of November in which were provided an actual window of time that it should be delivered. When it did not arrive as anticipated, we followed up with the contracted delivery service, and discovered that they had no record of it. As a result it was rescheduled. We were frustrated that no one followed up with us. They just changed the status of the delivery date on Wayfair. We had purchased a smaller 10.1 cu refrigerator until this one arrived. It is now in our garage for extra storage. Wayfair did attempt to reach GE to get answers; yet, got transferred to the wrong department. We both gave up. I would've given a rating of 5 stars on the product. Yet, the initial customer service received in November failed us with their excuse and didn't offer any type of resolution, such as a coveted part (ice maker) ; nor discount for our inconveinence.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge does the cooling part really well. As advertised, it is touch-free exterior. The interior could use an upgrade. For instance, the egg tray does not have a lift door (like a car trunk). That would have helped shorter folks to use that tray. Also, the trays in the fridge is not easy to move around. The tray hinges don't "catch" easily. It feels like that the trays can fall off anytime. Lots of care must be taken to ensure that the trays are securely placed. Also, after opening the fridge for 30 seconds, the light goes off. You have to close the door and open it again to get another 30 seconds of interior light. The ice production is excellent. There is a (hidden) switch in the freezer section that, when turned on, helps produce more ice. Odd design, but could be useful for lot of people. It would be nice if you can close the left or the right door first. In its current configuration, it is best to close the left door first followed by right. This is due to the flap that covers the middle part of the fridge where the doors meet. Either follow the left first rule or learn to slam the door. Otherwise, one of the door is not flush..
