[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have a lot of choices since I have a very narrow opening in my cabinetry for the fridge and this fit the bill. I like the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom design. Everything is easy to reach. The French doors work well in the narrow kitchen. The unit seems to keep both the fridge and freezer sections pretty much exactly at the temperature at which they are set. All in all, I am very pleased. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the ice maker has gotten off to a slow start. At about two weeks in it is still making very small ice pellets and not in great quantity. Perhaps the installer did not properly purge the water line. I will give it more cycles and see if it improves before I call for service. Over all though, I am pleased.. I’ve the fridge since July 2022 and overall I’m happy with it. I love the French doors, and the look of the counter depth fridge made it worth choosing that feature. I love the lights and brightness inside. There are a lot of lighted areas and I appreciate that. My son especially love the drawer that can be temp adjusted - we use it for cold drinks. Nice feature. I found an area between the glass above the crispers where liquid had seeped into, and it was extremely hard to clean it. I love the bottom pull out freezer and the two trays - especially love the top tray for frozen cans. I find the overall capacity of the freezer was small, something I had to get used to. I also find the fridge is not that quiet, but I don’t know how it compares to the average fridge. Nice temp features and alarms if the door is left open. The freezer was kind of left ajar or not all the way closed but the alarm did not sound. It was not big issue, in the end. I would buy this fridge again. I miss fridges with pull out shelves. My old fridge had that and I loved it. Unfortunately I have been unable to use the ice maker and water dispenser. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 5-year old Samsung that required a repairman to visit every few months to fix or replace the ice maker. When the extended warranty on that ran out and the entire fridge stopped working, we opted to buy this Frigidaire. The ice machine works perfectly! In fact they both do since this model comes with an ice maker in the fridge and in the freezer. Door storage in the refrigerator is amazing. Only minor complaints are with the freezer. First, the freezer door doesn't glide well, you can literally feel each chain link moving through the axle as it opens and closes. Second, there is a lot of wasted space in the freezer between the door and drawers where a shelf should have been placed. The Samsung that I replaced did have such a shelf in that otherwise wasted space. One thing I did notice that can be a little problem is the pull-out deli drawer. Both doors must be open to pull out the drawer. I think this should be to separate drawers so you can open one door. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely rate this fridge above average if it weren't for the items I noted below. The Good First, I love size and capacity. Having cabinet depth means I can see the food items at the back better than with my old fridge. The lighting is great and the temperature convertible top drawer will be nice. I like the versatility of all the shelving too however the two tiny snack drawers are of questionable utility. I tested the temperature at various locations and it was spot on. Overall, nice engineering design. The Bad Fit and finish could use some work. The top doors do not line up perfectly across the top. The freezer drawer does not snap shut like the top drawer (maybe a weight issue). There is a very small dimple on the surface where I imagine it was bumped (most people will never notice though). Lastly, and maybe this is normal when it is running, the sound is reminiscent of a jackhammer all be it faint. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge does the cooling part really well. As advertised, it is touch-free exterior. The interior could use an upgrade. For instance, the egg tray does not have a lift door (like a car trunk). That would have helped shorter folks to use that tray. Also, the trays in the fridge is not easy to move around. The tray hinges don't "catch" easily. It feels like that the trays can fall off anytime. Lots of care must be taken to ensure that the trays are securely placed. Also, after opening the fridge for 30 seconds, the light goes off. You have to close the door and open it again to get another 30 seconds of interior light. The ice production is excellent. There is a (hidden) switch in the freezer section that, when turned on, helps produce more ice. Odd design, but could be useful for lot of people. It would be nice if you can close the left or the right door first. In its current configuration, it is best to close the left door first followed by right. This is due to the flap that covers the middle part of the fridge where the doors meet. Either follow the left first rule or learn to slam the door. Otherwise, one of the door is not flush.. The counter-depth fit perfectly in my kitchen and it is very roomy - seems to hold much more than my old side-by-side two door fridge. I really wanted the water access on the outside so I wouldn't have to open the door every time I refill my water glass, and it was important to me to have ice access here as well. Many other models with exterior water access do not have ice on the door since the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. I was so happy to find this model that has the water/ice combo on the door. There is still plenty of storage on the left fridge door as the designers build shelving around the water unit. My only complaint so far is that the ice maker is louder than I like (I don't mean during use, I mean at random times throughout the day). I am also happy that the exterior is magnetic because my baby likes to play with magnets on the doors while I'm working in the kitchen. Not all stainless steel appliances are magnetic, and I didn't know if this would be at time of purchase because I couldn't find that info in the specs or in reviews, so I was really happy upon delivery to find out that it was.
