these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy. Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. I got them to replace some Rachael Ray ones that I've had for a few years at our Airbnb. Pans get a lot of abuse! Hopefully these will stand up to people using forks and other metal in them. These frying pans are large and have some good depth to them as well. Makes cooking larger portions easy. I have now used them several times and so far nothing has stuck!
