It is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, easy to operate. The wall hugger was a game changer. The room is bigger with this kind of recliner. We are very pleased. I was cautious when I didn’t see many reviews, but the chair and sofa are much nicer than expected. Soft leather, well built and assembles easy. I would rate the firmness as not too firm, not too soft. A good middle of the road supportive and comfortable. Keep in mind the recliner is not a rocker or swivel.
