5 stars for the bed but unfortunately, the experience took much longer than it should have. Our first delivery arrived incomplete, with only two pieces of wood—more than half of the bed was missing. We had to return it, and a full replacement shipment was sent, which delayed everything, including our assembly (which, of course, we still had to pay for). The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. Frame came somewhat as pictured. I feel like the product photos make it look as though the foam is more structured than what it is. The frame arrived around 3 pm and I started it at 6 and finished an hour later. Photos are right after I put it together and I opened it when I started it. It may look better after it’s had a longer time to fluff. I will probably steam it. Not sure if it’s worth the cost but it’s not horrible enough for me to send it back. I will figure it out..
