My kiddo loves it. It is very sturdy with the metal frame. However, the welds and pre-drilled holes are not straight, so we had to force some pieces to fit, and had to bend the metal frame that supports the shelves because it was welded crooked and the shelves weren’t level. Despite having a few issues with the order, overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The bed arrived with a broken front light cable and one of the front boards was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they helped resolve the issue in less than two days. We glued the damaged board and repaired the light cable ourselves so the lights would work properly. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. I do love the bed. One suggestion: I tried to get the shipping date changed before I even placed the order. You cannot change it online. So I called and was told by an associate that it could be done. It was a difficult process and in the end, the bed was delivered on the original date!
