Some of the characteristics you’ll find in every piece of our furniture include natural differences in color shading variations due to variables in the wood grains density, accentuated by hand-applied distressing. Season cracks and knots are markings that are natural responses, not manufacturing defects, and do not affect the strength and integrity of the individual piece. Our Hand-crafted joinery and staining by our skilled artisans make each piece a unique work of art. This Bed will create an elegant, warm and classic look in your bedroom. This oversized bedroom will surely make a statement in any home and provides a true Old World look. First grade select pine for a great value and hand applied finish on solid wood provides a unique look. This type of joinery has been used for years in quality furniture making and ensures stability and durability on every piece. Each piece is made to replicate antique/reclaimed wood parts and pieces, which means each item is unique. To provide this look, cracks, knots, knot-holes, splits and uneven rubbed edges are purposely left intact from original pieces of wood and in many instances additional man-made distressing is given to emphasize its rustic charm. These are not product defects but unique features that add beauty and character. Accordingly, expansion or shrinkage, small cracks and wood imperfection are inherent qualities of our product. Variation is what makes each piece unique, natural and exclusive.
