This desk is pretty. It is more brown-red than this picture shows. It was packaged well but still had dings and the corners bent and scratch on the side and if you are in the states know it ships into CA and then ground at least to the east coast and expect damage. The wayfair people were responsive and great about it and offered return for replacement and all. My only complaint about the desk is the cable management.
