First it was very easy to attach to the tree because the instruction are excellent . The camera sits inside the holder very nicely. I like that the roof is flat so the little critters can sit on top. The box itself holds a good amount of food, and the roof should keep it dry. My only problem is that the camera doesn’t connect to my internet. My system is 5 but you must have a 2.4 which is my extender but it’s not strong enough to reach. Y squirrel tree. I’m hoping that eventually we will have better WiFi connection but I still love this well made home. Just make sure that you have the appropriate WiFi setup . Enjoy. Celeste. Syosset, NY. This Birds Choice squirrel munch box is made from recycled plastic , squirrels lift the lid to get at the food. Just prop the door open slightly in the beginning to train the squirrels, and eventually the squirrels will help themselves.
