We recently put laminate floors throughout our house. My office chair continually slid around while I worked at my desk. I had two options purchase a new chair OR purchase these glides. I like this product very much because I purchased it to protect TV tray legs to scratching up my wood floors. The product stretches, stays on the legs protects my floors when my husband drags the tray in front of the recliner to use it. These are so much better than the cheap regulars ones that you stick on. I needed something quality to protect my wood floors from sliding chairs and stools.
