Although not needed, I decided to protect mine by sealing/staining it with a transparent stainer (see pics) after speaking with the Enclo's customer service. I’m so happy with this fence planter box! I got the smaller version from the same manufacturer last year - I loved it but I wished it was larger. This one is perfect! At 6’ tall, it can hide any large trash can or provide privacy. When the weather warms up, I will place it by our fire pit patio. There are two slots to insert rebar (optional and hidden under cosmetic covers) to prevent tipping from winds which I plan on installing. They’ve also included brackets for extra support if installed on a wooden deck. It was easy to put together by myself. The material is top notch and my first small one still looks brand new after spending a Maine winter outside. I will likely get one or two more of this taller version in the future.. Lincey. Hey, I’m happy with it! It provides just enough privacy where you can take a lil peek into our lives but if you do, you’re gonna have to stand there creepily and peek harder because of the privacy screen. Privacy screen comes in a pack with 3 panels and 2 metal stands. Panels are lightweight and look very nice once assembled. Panels are super easy to blow over unless stand is secured or weighted down. Panels are also super easy to bend. I got 2 and both blew over before my husband got them secured to the cement. In each set the middle panels bent and had to be re-bent to stand back up straight. Privacy screen is top heavy and would work best if placed in area that is not completely open. I used mine to block trash container from street but I’m not sure how long the top panels will survive.
