The material on the sofa is quite wrinkled and it did not have any instructions on it for care of material. Contacted Wayfair and was told I could steam it but it does not look any different even after I steamed it with a handheld steamer. It is quite firm but not happy with this wrinkled fabric.. Sleek, simple, unobtrusive design. I got one for each bathroom plus the kitchen sink to replace my grocery store gel style soap dispensers. The foaming soap is so much nicer and saves a surprising amount of time not having to lather first. It feels like the soap is able to get to work quicker and easier. The spring resistance is just right and requires very little force to get a good dollop of suds.
