I LOVE our new GE induction range. I have to admit, I was pretty uncertain about how I would feel about the change. The thing that bothered me the most was that my favorite skillet would no longer work well on the induction range. My husband purchased a beautiful cast iron skillet that I now love just as much. The range itself really does heat instantly. It can boil tap water in about a minute -- crazy! It is as easy to control as a gas range. The only down side of the range is on one side there are two burners that can be tethered together and operated together for a large pan - think rectangular pancake skillet. This feature is dumb because while the range top has markings indicating there would be even heating on the entire side of the range, including between the burners, that does not happen and you just have two separate hot spots on one large pan. I don't know why they did this. As to the oven, it is spacious -- you could definitely do a turkey. One of the racks pulls out of the oven, which is great. This means when you are doing something heavy or something you need to baste frequently, you don't have to lift it out of the oven -- you just pull out the rack. I like all of the features including the air frier. I should note that this is difficult to initially set up because the air frier will only work via an app on your phone. This means you need to set it up with wifi and that was pretty complicated. Once done, it's done forever (I hope!). The oven does not heat instantly like the range or like a gas range, but it also does not take as long as our old range. I feel like it takes about 12 - 13 minutes to heat up to 450, for example. The heat is even. I haven't used the self cleaning feature, but am glad it exists. I am also pleased with the storage drawer under the oven. It is large and easy to pull out.. Mary In Nor Cal. Bosch's inventive downdraft ventilation systems keep mealtime fresh by quietly purifying the air while you cook. They’re sleek, built-in, retract out of sight when not in use, and are beautifully designed to seamlessly integrate into any kitchen. Maintain an odor-free kitchen and breathe easier knowing that smoke, steam, grease and odors are quietly and effectively taken care of. And the dishwasher-safe mesh filters are easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old(1999) system with Bosch and couldn't be happier. New system is much quieter. We are using our system much more because it is easy to hear and talk while using. When in use, the Bosch is taller and seems to catch more of the smoke and odors. Very pleased with our upgrade.. Two choices for future cleaning is really nice. I’m looking forward to trying the Steam Clean as I had the high heat self clean before in my old electric range which took forever. Introducing our innovative Flush Ceiling Range Hood, the Victory Sunset. Meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate into your open-concept kitchens while delivering unparalleled performance and aesthetic elegance. Made in Canada with precision engineering, this range hood redefines the standards of modern kitchen ventilation. With its sleek, minimalist design and matte white finish, the Victory Sunset effortlessly blends into any contemporary kitchen space by installing between ceiling joists so no reframing is necessary. Its powerful 600 CFM blower provides unobtrusive yet powerful ventilation and the bright warm LEDs provide great lighting over your cooktop.

I am very happy with this hood. The quality of build seems solid, installation instructions were very clear, and it I think it looks great. It takes some planning and work to get it installed. You have to make sure your ceiling joists and ductwork is going the right direction or be prepared to do some modifications. I have a soffit and had to take down a bunch of drywall to modify the framing, run the 14/3 romex for the light/fan and modify the ducting. Then I replaced the drywall, taped, texture, paint and installed the hood. Fortunately it all came together nicely. I was able to held the hood in place while my wife drive the screws into the framing. I think it will be worth it in the end because the hood won’t be blocking the view in front of our cooktop..
