Extremely well built. Very good quality. Nice heavy duty plastic windows and screens all around. Directions could have been clearer, but we figured it out. Setup was not easy, but worth it. So this was a fun project. Not to many parts for such a large product which is great. Was able to set this up solo under 3 hours. Directions were extremely easy to read and understand, packaging was simple and easy to remove. A ladder is required. But overall it came out pretty good. Looks great too! We love this gazebo! The engineering of all of the pre drilled holes parts was 100 correct, and my husband and I were able to assemble 90 of this ourselves over a long weekend. We had to have a helper to holdstabilize the structure during the process of standing up and attaching the frame together to stand - otherwise the 2 of us were able to get this together. The lift of the roof panels requires some strength and patience, but we got it done! We improvised some strapping to hold or pull parts together at times, and that worked very well. Very sturdy structure. Completely transforms our small backyard, and we look forward to adding more seating, bar and all the comforts of a great outdoor room. Highly recommended!. Lisa. Update: the gazebo is fairly easy to put together, but pay attention to the directions closely. It’s easy to put some parts on backwards and not realize it until later. For example, on the half wall sides, at the top point near the roof, there is a metal piece connecting the two beams. Make sure the two little holes are facing inward (they are for the roof). The material is manufactured wood that is rather soft. It doesn’t feel like trex boards. The boards are lighter than trex. It does take multiple people to put together. I would recommend at least 3-4 people, although the directions call for 5. The sides are put together and then tilted up. It is heavy and bulky. You need people to hold them upright while you attach the main support beams on the sides. After that, you only need 2 people. Oh and this would make a perfect live nativity scene setup at Christmas. I didn’t know what to expect regarding a wayfair delivery of a big and bulky item. This was by far the best delivery experience I’ve had. I received text messages from the warehouse with pictures, so I knew how the gazebo was coming. I could customize the day and time. It came on a pallet. Mine was delivered in a storm without any issues. They even carried it to the back of the yard, having to take it off the pallet jack for that. The pieces are very heavy duty.
