This is a great Gazebo. We’ve had it up about a month now, several storms have come through, rain, and even one with light hail. It’s held up great. We anchored it to the concrete so it will not fly away, and we keep the flaps tied down when not in use. Ohio weather can get windy, and it has been fine. I have used the solid side walls much more than I thought I would, they are great to block the sun, or stop wind coming in from one side. AND for privacy (we’re on a corner lot). Not the best made product. Everything did not line up and a part did not fit. In the second picture you can see that the top part and seams did not line up with the frame. This will allow water to get in during the rainy season in Oregon. Also one two holes did not line up and we could not get a screw all the way in. We just installed our 16x12 Kozyard Alexander Gazebo May 2020. My wife and myself installed this ourselves and were very happy with this product. We are in our mid 50's and were a little concerned with the overall weight of the product. The delivery was received in 4 separate boxes which spread the weight pretty evenly. That made it much more manageable. The keys to our install were.... • Remove all of the parts and sort. There are multiple parts that are the same. • Take out all of the hardware and put them into plastic baggies and label with the part number. • Do not tighten the screws, bolts and nuts until you're done with a section. This allows for all of the holes to align properly. This took my wife and myself about 20hrs total between 3 days. We are extremely happy with the product. It rained today, no leaks. . Michael. I am so glad I bought these curtains the gazebo I purchased came with the netting however the curtains are amazing on on sunny days!! I typically Close to sides of the gazebo to keep it cooler. I also have dogs when i’m not using the gazebo I zip all the curtains so the dogs do not jump on the patio furniture. LOVE THIS! The item was well-packaged arrived quickly. Our backyard is under construction so we aren’t ready to permanently set this up but we were excited to try it out so we set it up temporarily in our front yard. The instructions are primarily diagrams with very few words so First Time (2 person) Assembly took about an hour to figure out bc we had to redo a couple of steps. My husband thinks once you know how it goes together, 1 person could assemble it but says 2 people could easily assemble it in about 15 minutes. PROS It is a good quality, very sturdy piece. The “popping-up” part of assembly is far easier than our small portable camping canopy takes only a couple minutes.This has netting to keep the bugs at bay all 4 sides have zippers built in tie-backs. Extremely nice features. **I saw one review on here that said if windy, then the mosquito netting would be useless BUT in his photos, he has his netting hanging from INSIDE the legs rather than the netting hanging around the outside of the legs.This was the same mistake we made during our first assembly because the instructions were unclear. Redoing it took some time but if the netting is on properly it will certainly keep the bugs out. CONS The 32 plastic curtain rings it came with for hanging the netting are poor quality. I suspect they’ll start breaking after a few uses unless we are extremely careful. We will probably replace them w metal rings, but that’s a minor issue. Unfortunately,the nylon fly came with a run in it.I will either add a couple of stitches or maybe a patch to prevent it from further tearing. Oddly,There is a small red sharpie-type marking on one corner of the netting. It has a storagecarrying bag but it’s not great quality AND it does NOT have Wheels on it, like the description said it would. PROS for us but possibly CON for someone else it’s HEAVY. For use in the backyard it’s fantastic. Once it’s in the carrying case it is compact enough that you could bring it to the beach or park BUT it is very heavy (75 Lbs). However, that’s because it is very well-made and sturdy so this is a PRO for us but I can see how it could be a problem for some. just be aware of the weight before you buy this. great quality AND it does NOT have Wheels on it, like the description said it would..
