I have had this fridge for about a month. What I find truly frustrating is the light in the center of the ceiling of the fridge. It takes up a bunch of space, limits using that space for taller items, and it is uncovered, which makes me worried about breaking it. Also, when the fridge is loaded, the lighting is really poor, because product stored on that shelf blocks it. I am also frustrated that it is loud when running. The good thing for us were that it has 1 door. In a smaller kitchen, having to go around French doors to access food would have been a nightmare. I am also pleased that the ice maker was an option. Ice makers use plastic tubing, and who knows what chemicals are leached into water from the. They also use tap water rather than filtered water, so it would be impossible to avoid the chlorine, fluoride, and other poisons that really need to be filtered out to make water more safe. Frustrating is that the freezer has only 1 shelf. I like that the space at the bottom of the unit is used more efficiently than older models, but in order to keep the floor clean directly under the door, I have to open it to vacuum that space. (Not talking about vacuuming UNDER the whole unit with this comment.) The vegetable and fruit drawers are spacious, and, since they are of clear plastic, everything can be seen in the drawers. The shelves in the door are decent, but it was designed to allow for taller things like milk, which only works for half that shelf, because the butter dish takes up half of it. With more taller things, we would either have to get rid of the butter dish or try to store them on the top shelf in the fridge, which is then completely restricted by that poorly placed light fixture..
