FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which if I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. Better than a zero clearance recliner and ideal for space with limited square footage (e.g. RV), this recliner can be placed directly against the wall and optimizes the space available. When you ease into the reclining position, the seat moves forward but leaves no gap between the back and the seat. I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I love these chairs. I ordered two of them for my Beach house. I had previously ordered recliners that had the lever on the side that you pull out. The plastic on those broke within one season.
