These chairs serve their purpose beautifully and look great in our den. They aren't the most comfortable right out of the box due to being on the stiffer side, but I expect they'll soften up over time. The stripes don't line up perfectly between chairs, but with a lumbar pillow in each, it's barely noticeable. One chair arrived damaged, but Wayfair made the replacement process incredibly easy. Since we'd already tossed the original box, they simply sent a new chair along with its own box, so we could pack up the damaged one and send it back with no hassle. They even provided a shipping label and scheduled a FedEx pickup within a day or two. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair.
