Excellent quality stainless steel. The first order contained only one place setting of the correct flatware with really odd other pieces—different pattern, poor-quality, missing pieces, with a third pattern of iced tea spoons. But customer service had me send photos and immediately replaced the order. The Bramasole deserves five stars—but something definitely went wrong with the quality control packing on the first shipment—probably at the manufacturer’s factory as the packaging looked correct.. This is my second set by Ricci, it is a different one then the first one and I am so glad I got a different one, at first I didnt know why I didnt just get two the same, but when receiving this I can see the pieces are made differently, so one set will be able to scoop more or less depending on what I need it for, so I am so happy I got both sets in each a different chrome finish, Both sets are the best quality and design, that you can not go wrong with, I am so glad I found this brand, and will stick with them for all my serving needs,. I appreciated the ratings and comments of other reviewers. They highly recommended this flatware set, and after receiving it I agree with their reviews completely. It is beautiful, well made, and a good weight. The pattern appears on both sides, which is perfect for setting the table with flatware either facing up or facing down. The size of the dessert spoon and knife are larger than I am used to, but I have used them already and think I will adapt quickly. I ran the flatware through the dishwasher, and they came out looking perfect. I have no complaints about the quality. They do take up more space in the drawer. That is the only drawback.
