This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. The hanging height is adjustable, and in my photo, I have it hanging at the maximum length it can go down from the ceiling. It looks amazing over my dining table and completely transformed the space. Would give it 10 stars if I could absolutely stunning. We bought 2 but one box was damaged with broken globe. Took pictures and sent them to Wayfair. Wayfair responded manufacture will be in touch by email or phone within 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours nothing yet another 75 service call for a light with broken globes I need to return and reschedule election.
