I got my hooks in brushed nickel. They are a gorgeous design, large, and lovely. They were packaged well and included hardware and an allen wrench. The square design and satin nickel are perfect with our decor. For looks and quality, they deserve 5 stars. However, my husband (who installed them) said that there are burrs on the allen wrench that make it very difficult to work in the screw hole. He says that a ball head wrench would work much better. We ordered this to match the Circular faucet from Kibi along with the toilet paper holder. The towel holder looked great and matched the faucet finish, the toilet paper holder though was significantly lighter in color (brushed gold) than the faucet and towel holder. The directions called for this to be put into a stud but we didn't like where that would place it so we used the provided wall anchors to put it where we wanted it.
