I am loving this pan! It looks beautiful and has held up well with hand washing. I am not sure that you would have as good a result with cleaning in a dishwasher. I have always washed all of my pots and pans by hand. The cooking surface is huge. It works great for paella ( probably the original intent). But for a breakfast, I can also cook three scrambled eggs and six pieces of bacon at the same time! We do have a gas range with the option of an expandable “power” burner.
