I really like this mattress! Perfect size for our new crib we also got on Wayfair. It arrived rolled up. I let it expand in the crib through an extended weekend. The infant side is hard enough for safety, but still is soft to touch. There is a tag on the side so you know which side is the infant or toddler. Overall, this is a quality mattress. It shipped quickly! Very sturdy. It took us most of the day- all afternoon to evening to put all 3 pieces together but that is what is expected. We used a drill (even though directions says not too) - only use a drill if you are skilled, otherwise you will break the wood pieces. We are very happy with how it turned out and looks.
