[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now no longer need a variety of pans for specific purposes because this pan does it all. I am able to cook a multitude of dishes in it due to its size and depth. It is a 5.5 quart pan. The obvious pros are that it is non-stick, PFOA free, dishwasher safe, and has a cool touch handle which I find to be essential in my case. Having used oil or butter to cook with for so many years, I am so pleased to be able to dispense with it now, plus it is healthier for me and my family. Clean up is very easy. Speaking of easy clean ups, you can even put the pan in the dishwasher. I find the glass lid to be useful because it prevents splatter, seals in goodness and allows me to watch the food as it cooks. The only downside as far as the lid is concerned is that it doesn't fit as snugly as I would like it to. However, this pan is proving to be invaluable as I am now able to cook a whole meal in one go. Absolutely LOVE this Caannasweis Cookware set. They are definitely non-stick surfaces. The cleanup on these pans are amazing. The foods really do slip right off of the surface of the pans. Plus, they are pleasant to look at. The saute pans are almost 3 in deep. Although the handles on the pots do get quite warm, that is noted in the instructions. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed is how lightweight this stock pot is….making it easy to pull out of the cupboard and move around. Interior coating seems durable and I really like the fact that we can use metal utensils without damaging the surface. It seems to boil water faster than my other heavier pots as well. 5 quart is a perfect size for our needs. I made steel cut oats yesterday and it was so much easier to clean than when I use my other stainless steel pot. The only thing I don’t like are the handles - they are not comfortable at all. This little pan duo checks all of the boxes for someone who enjoys cooking like I do. Both pans are deep. Its especially noticeable on the 1.5 quart, which feels like at least a 2 quart because of that, which is the size of pan I most commonly reach for when I am cooking. The 3 quart pan has a straining lid AND a pour spout!! Both pans have silicone handles on the lids and also the pots themselves. The handles on the lids got pretty warm when I used them for cooking, but nothing unbearable. And both pans are non-stick, both coated with materials that wont cause any weird side effects like growing an eyeball out of your ear. I am looking forward to using these every day.. Chelsea F.
