Absolutely LOVE this Caannasweis Cookware set. They are definitely non-stick surfaces. The cleanup on these pans are amazing. The foods really do slip right off of the surface of the pans. Plus, they are pleasant to look at. The saute pans are almost 3 in deep. Although the handles on the pots do get quite warm, that is noted in the instructions. This is a nice 6 Qt. pot by Cuisinart. Perfect for soups, stews, chili..etc. It has measurement lines on the inside of the post for 4, 8 12, 16 and 20 cups.
