I make homemade yogurt in my instapot, all the time. But this just takes it to that next level!
After the yogurt comes out of the instapot, while warm, I pour it into this Greek-strainer. Into the fridge for a few hours, to overnight. When I open it, I have perfect Greek yogurt. The remaining whey I use to make pancakes, and other baked goods. It really is amazing how well this strains out my yogurt to that kind of thickness.
