This cart is very well built. The material is super heavy, super thick, and definitely made for the outside elements. My husband put it together in approximately two hours. He said the directions are not great, mostly pictures as others have stated. That being said, this thing is wonderful. Stainless steel top, easy to keep clean and, it is made of resin material so it’s not going to rot. Everything is made with very high-end material. Even the screws! This works great for me. Although I was surprised by how light weight the cart is, it sturdily/safely holds the tall and heave yard tools. It also works for holding my 6 ft flag pole when the weather is bad. I put it in a corner slot and it doesn't touch anything else, including the floor. Depending on your speed, the assembler told me it will take 20 to 30 minutes to put together. It took him 20 and that included needing to work with a part that was missing (actually, it wasn't; it had just fallen down inside the slot) and re-bend it to the right shape. He said it wasn't that hard once you figured out what was going on. (I have enclosed a picture of the part in question and its location.) Bottom line, I am very pleased with this garden tool holder. Works great and very spacious for parts. I use it for project parts. The size of the drawers fits my plumbing parts and in the next drawer are my electrical parts. Really sturdy and nice quality. As others have mentioned, it’s challenging to put together. The location of the screws are so close to the sides. I recommend getting a small ratchet tool and various hex bits to use instead of what comes in the kit. Also when putting the shelves on, it helps to have a second person line up the holes and hold it in place while you secure the screws. In the end it’s really worth it. Nice, heavy duty tool holder. I have a lot of heavy steel shovels, spades, hedge and tree trimmers, and a variety of other garden tools and this cart holds a lot without effort. I love that it has wheels, so moving it to clean around it is a breeze. It feels like it will last a while. I replaced an old plastic tool holder that was dry rotted and falling down with this rack, plus another rack of the same style but the next size up. I couldn't be happier with them. I recommend this storage rack if you have heavy tools to store. Plastic will not hold up and heavy tools may even cause plastic racks to fall over from being top heavy. This rack didn't bat an eye when I loaded it up. I am happy with it so far and I believe these racks will last quite a while. Assembly took a minute, but was worth the time it took to put together..
