The barrel comes with all assembly screws and parts inside the barrel. It was easy to set up and we have already had two storms that have begun to fill the barrel. The spigots were easy to install and the kit comes with plumbers tape as well to help in the process. Only advice in setting it up is to slightly tilt it toward the downspout so if water is coming in heavy, it doesn't all just go out the overflow.
