After much research overthinking a kettle purchase more than our recent home transaction, I ordered this Haden model in putty color. The 1.7 liter size is great for 2 adults, 2 dogs and 1 cat. I use it for making instant Oatmeal, Tea, Broth and the odd Baking or Sauce-packet-heating applications. I didn't expect to use it daily, but I do. It's Stainless steel, has an On Indicator Light, a Water Level Window and an Automatic Shut-off, for those who made a checklist as I did.
