Insert 4 x 4 (10cm x 10cm) pressure-treated wood posts (purchased separately) into the brackets and screw them in place. Slide your pergola posts over the wood posts, and screw the pergola posts into the wood. The result is a lasting installation that is safe and rigid. This mounting system was specifically designed for Vita brand pergolas. We highly recommend that if you are installing any of these vinyl Pergolas on a flat surface, you purchase this kit. The mounting system comes with brackets and 1.5” (3.8cm) self-tapping screws. The bolt-down brackets are guaranteed for 5 years against defects. Important note: do not use the bolt-down bracket system for installing the pergola over concrete pavers, patio stones, or interlocking bricks. I am so glad I bought these curtains the gazebo I purchased came with the netting however the curtains are amazing on on sunny days!! I typically Close to sides of the gazebo to keep it cooler. I also have dogs when i’m not using the gazebo I zip all the curtains so the dogs do not jump on the patio furniture. Just a bit disappointed in these. The picture makes it appear they are much heavier and hang straight— not the case. The material is quite thin and blows ALOT in the wind. Also, the curtains do not secure well to the hooks on my gazebo. These come with two different sizes or hooks, but they would have hung too low leaving a huge gap if I used them. The tabs seemed to fit securely over the hook but in the wind, several came loose. They are also quite long (and I have the Gazebo pictured in the listing.) Tie backs are long enough to secure around a wooden post gazebo, but on the thinner post metal gazebo they are entirely too long. On the outside tie back that secures the curtain full time, I knotted them before wrapping and that helped alot. They still work for my purpose - I use the gazebo for my grills and smokers. The idea is that I don’t have to cover each piece of equipment, just close up the gazebo. Had a good rain the first night and none of my equipment got wet.
