We were in search of an outdoor sectional for our freshly built deck. The short side of the corner was about 94 inches and everything we were finding was too long. Luckily I found Neighbor with their modular couch. We were able to build and order something that fit out corner perfectly. We are super pleased with the color of all the materials, everything looks just like the photos online. And from what I can tell, the quality of the fabric and wood seems really good and durable. Assembly by myself was somewhat easy and I was able to get the job done in a couple hours. With that said, we did receive a corner piece where the holes weren't aligned correctly and we were also missing 2 screws. BUT we reached out to customer service and Allie replied literally within minutes. She sent us a new piece and the missing screws immediately without any questions. Even average customer service can make a huge improvement to the process. So seeing how dedicated they were to ensuring their customers are happy was super impressive and made me feel good about our purchase. We ordered the coffee table and a sectional as well as covers for both. The covers were delivered within a week or 2. The coffee table took about a month. We ordered all of it July 4 hoping to have it for the summer. It wasn't until after Labor Day that we had a complete sectional and that was after MANY attempts to get straight answers regarding the delays. We even had cancelled our order only to learn that the item had shipped the same day we cancelled, so decided to stick with receiving the sectional (at this point we had assembled the coffee table and realized the good quality of their products). When that shipment finally arrived, it was an incomplete sectional‚we were beyond frustrated but at that point it would've been a bigger hastle to try to return the products. All of this to say‚the table and sectional are good quality and easy to assemble. However, if you have any expectations for a delivery timeframe, shop elsewhere. Can't say enough about how much we LOVE our sofa and chairs! We looked forever for the perfect outdoor furniture. My husband likes to sit on furniture and our dog and I like to lounge in furniture, so it was tough to find seating with the right bench depth and comfort. We bought the flat-arm chairs -- perfect for sitting up in and resting a drink on the arm -- and the sofa with the cushion arms -- perfect for curling up and for lying down! And Roxy LOVES that the cushion arm is the perfect height for her chin. And the look is perfection: the modern, clean lines flow beautifully from our interior, and really elevate our yet-to-be renovated deck. When we do finally get around to expanding the deck we'll be back for a custom dining set, and more lounge seating for sure. Had neighbors over to lounge and now they're ordering their own! We love supporting a smaller business, and really appreciated Allie's support as we made our decision on which pieces to buy. Everything shipped within a month, and the covers arrived first, which we really appreciated. The covers are excellent quality -- super easy to put on and take off. We bought the sectional (6 piece) and the chair for our new deck. They are both amazingly comfortable and exactly as expected. Our sectional and chair are in the charcoal color and we love them. Researched this product and reviews extensively before purchasing. Reached out to the Neighbor team for a swatch kit, which was sent complimentary, and included a hand written note, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We purchased The Sofa on April 26 and received boxes on April 30 - quick shipping! We put the sofa together using the online guides - loved that the Neighbor team was conscious of printing. The quality of the pieces were great, and as described by several other reviews. Really lovely quality. Our issues came when we were finishing assembly - we were missing one set of cushions and hardware to complete the end of the module. I reached out to customer service (Allie was lovely and was able to determine with the distribution center a package was lost by Fedex) and replacement pieces were ordered. I then received the cushions on May 8, but no hardware to complete the module. Reaching back out to customer service, Jenn was awesome as well and packaged up a set to send out. Received the hardware May 12, but it was the incorrect hardware. Reached back out to customer service and new hardware was sent out with the possibility of receiving by May 15, but no hardware has arrived. A bit disappointed with the fulfillment aspect of the product given my research and decision to go online vs local patio furniture store, however as a positive, the customer service team has been extremely responsive. Currently not sure if my husband and I would purchase the remaining pieces of the set given the fulfilment issues experienced, but thus far the quality and craftsmanship of the piece is very well done.. I just put together the Sunbrella furniture and I am so impressed with how it looks. Yes, putting it together was pretty easy- I did it by myself. There were some pieces that didn't quite fit together as they should have- especially the back of the seat to the back rest, the spacing of the metal pieces and the wooden piece were about a hair off so that it took a long time to wrestle it in there and I thought for a moment it wasn't going to happen. Also the bracket pieces were difficult to screw in because there was no space to get leverage to turn the screws closest to the corner, and trying to use a drill didn't work out for the same reason. However- the quality of the pieces and the finished product are stunning. I am so happy with my choice to buy these products.
