It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. This upholstered headboard is ok. But not really as pictured. There are no buttons. Just indentations where buttons would go. It comes folded in half, so there is a huge crease down the middle. I left it out in the sun laying flat on a hammock and that straightened it out. The headboard is lower than what I hoped. And it’s not as thick as it looked in the picture.
