My husband and I have been living in our apartment for almost 4 and a half years and we have had two dogs with these 4 years. Our complex has never cleaned our carpets (every 6 months they get cleaned). We rented the rug doctor and it didn't do what I thought and it was bulky and only went one time. I have been seeing good and bad reviews about this, but I chose to invest in our health. We have dust in the carpets from shoes and every daily activities. When my husband put it together and saw the rows he was impressed already. It didn't take him long he followed the directions. Some people's reviews I have read proves they didn't follow directions, follow it! This is expensive and worth it do it correctly. You will have to refill the tanks quite a bit depending on the size of the room but it's worth it. Let the pictures speak for itself. More updated pics soon. I would highly recommend!
