I LOVE IT! The size is very generous and the color is gorgeous. The heat is even, just right at the level you choose. If it is medium you want, it is medium you get. I also like the fact it shuts off after two hours. That is an excellent safety feature. He l loves it so much. It's a large blanket, much larger than a typical couch throw...which means multiple people can get under it comfortably and still remain covered. So far I've gotten under witj my 2 young kids and we were all comfortable. It is so soft! I love mink, and the berber is nice too it really just feels like a luxurious blanket through and through...and then you add the fact that it is a heated blanket with 3 different settings and it blows other blankets (even other heated blankets) out of the water! I love the 2 hour auto shut off because it helps me feel safe knowing that my son wants to sleep with it. That peace of mind is necessary, because my grandmas old heated blanket was far from safe! This one is and that's what I need. My son used to love turning on a heating pad and laying on it for cozy warmth, but now he gets this out and rolls up in it for warm, cozy, luxury. This throw is so soft and fluffy! I think it has a larger heating coverage than many other name brand heated throws than I’ve bought before and you don’t feel the wires. It is a nice size, even though it is a throw blanket. Even turned off, it is the perfect blanket to carry around, which is easy because all you have to do is unhook the heating plug from the blanket and you have a regular throw that’s easy to transport anywhere with no cord. The cord is nice and long so it’s easy to plug it in and have plenty of room to snuggle far from where it’s connected. Also, the controller has 5 settings and you can tell the difference from each setting. Not all heated blankets can you say that.
