Put it together and installed it. Took the better part of the morning to build it, but not terrible. The springs are rather strong and bed acts like it wants to close back up so we clip a couple of diving weights at the foot to be sure it stays down. This turned out great, I wasn't expecting to need to anchor into the floor and we skipped that part and only did the walls, but it is still super solid. It is easy to fold up, and it's very comfortable even with a cheap mattress. Drawers are smooth and spacious. A professional installer with experience mounting kitchen cabinetry or TVs on the type of walls present in the home is required. The storage cabinet units are not freestanding and must be secured through studs. Not for commercial use or children under 6 years of age.
