I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It is a beautiful chair but it is very tall and takes over the room. I’m not sure if it is going to work for the space I bought it for. It is hard to keep it in the layback position. Love the chair!!!! I was looking at a similar chair at Room & Board but it was $3200. The price is great, the quality is awesome too. Some people complained about the recline, it reclines fine. There are three settings on the chair and they all lock in place. I think some people are trying to recline between the 2nd and 3rd position and yes it doesn’t lock because its between the position. This recliner was super easy to put together and is very comfortable. The soft PU leather feels nice and gives it a great look. However, if you’re looking for a roomy recliner with plenty of space to fully stretch out and lay back, I wouldn’t recommend this one. It’s small, so I’d consider it more of an accent chair than a traditional recliner. This is also a manual recliner so keep that in mind.
