Side sleeping with a body pillow has long been praised by doctors as the healthiest sleep position with a multitude of benefits ranging from improved alignment to pain relief. Body pillows provide support by improving alignment, evenly distributing weight, and removing pressure from pain points in your body, allowing for muscle relaxation, sciatica pain relief, and reduced back pain. Restorative sleep is the key to our overall health. Body pillows conform to the contours of your body, allowing for spine and pelvic alignment, helping you fall asleep faster, and eliminating restlessness. Sleeping on your back increases your likelihood of snoring. Side sleeping with a body pillow lifts the upper body and reduces airway compression, decreasing snoring, sleep apnea, and acid reflux. Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I like this body pillow quite a bit. I thought it was really cool that it came in a regular sized box and it was vacuum packed so that when you open it it just popped open and fluffed itself up. Its a tiny bit lumpy, but it definitely does the job that a standard body pillow would do. It sit nicely into my body pillow case that I had just received from Wayfair.
