This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow which made set up a breeze. It is very well made and you don’t feel the brackets from the lift when it sits you up. Marty. OR. Thu May 14 2026

Great chair with an incredibly easy setup! Delivery was a breeze the boxes were sturdy and easy to carry. The chair arrived safely in two well-packaged boxes that were manageable for two people to bring indoors. After unboxing and verifying all the components against the clear, concise instructions, the assembly process was straightforward with minimal steps. The instructions were crystal clear, and assembly was a snap. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision. Overall, the chair was very simple to put together, feels great to sit in, and works perfectly. All the electrical components hooked up correctly and work as they should. The connections were easy to make and the instructions for connecting them were easy to follow. The heat and! massage features are great! Once assembled, the chair is exceptionally comfortable and operates smoothly. It’s an excellent choice for anyone prioritizing a hassle-free setup. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and well worth the purchase if you want a high-quality piece without the assembly headache. Highly recommended!. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Thu May 14 2026

Well I wanted something small. It is very narrow and still way too long. it came with its cushions shrink wrapped and took two days to inflate. Once inflated it was too hard for me. For a skinny person 54 and below with the need of a harder surface, this would be a total God sent. But it is too narrow for me. Also I liked having different controls for my back and legs, but unfortunately you cannot sit up straight in the chair nor does it lye flat. so if using the recliner for sleeping, side sleeping isnt comfortable. I bought an inexpensive chair and feel like I got what I paid for.. Kimberly. Johnston, RI. Sun Sep 13 2026

I was very happy with the recliner I bought. I looked at the measurements before buying but it seems a little shorter than I thought but it will do. Seems well made and material is very soft. This chair is fine. We ordered black and its more of an off black. The lift method is great for an older person. Also, the method of shipping is terrible. They ship the chair in 2 separate boxes. The 1st box came quick but the second took 4 days. Kind of pointless when you can't use the chair because you only received half the chair. As far as comfort its ok. Not much extension on the foot part of the reclining. And I'm a short person. If you are taller it definitely wont give you any foot room as my feet are over the edge and I'm 5'2. I wanted to like this chair but unfortunately I dont.. Heather. Sat Aug 08 2026
