The instructions were easy to follow, I outlined all measurements, prepped the cabinet and the next day we finished the install. It was a nice tight fit, all pieces were used, which is always a good thing. Somehow I always end up with extra screws. The only hang up was that when I looked down the inside of the wall I noticed we had electrical running right through where my outline was. So we adjusted the cabinet and moved it a little higher to not interrupt the electric. Its higher that the instructions but it still works. Just beware of possible wires once you open the wall up. I am a bit of a home sewist and as I prepared to make custom curtains for 17 windows I decided to upgrade my ironing game and roll-up the expense into my home improvement project. This board is STURDY, I'm a plus size gal and I could easily sit on it, so leaning and pressing are a breeze! I was surprised to find that the front end of this board (making the square) is an attachment to a more traditional triangular tip. In some ways this was a blessing, as I can remove the end, but once or twice when adjusting the position of the board it did come a bit loose and I had to give it a solid push.
