I love this desk!! The previous reviews give this a bad name for no reason at all. It came in one piece and was heavy but we have sliders for that. It has two file drawers on each side and also has two smaller drawers above those with inserts to divide it. The middle drawer lays down and all drawers lock, with like 6 extra keys to. The craftsmanship is on point and the color is the right medium brown without reds to clash with our current furniture. Love it and the delivery was quick and easy. The desk itself is probably a 5 star if I could get one that wasn’t damaged in some way. The first desk I received had a large roughly 8” crack in the desk top. Wayfair immediately shipped another desk. Excellent response to my problem . The next desk had a 1” dimple or dent in the edge of the desk top The dent was on the back side of the desk and not immediately visible from the front so I accepted the desk. Wow!!! This desk is gorgeous! The quality is unbelievable and we love how well the drawers are set up for storage/organization. We have a back den space in our great room and this piece looks so handsome in front of the built-ins. The desk is extremely heavy (400lbs) so you may want to at least keep that in mind.
