I bought an “open box” of this item and saved a little money that way. With that said, the hose storage came quickly, was decently packaged, and functions as expected. It is “dirty”, but with the knowledge that this was previously opened and likely trialed by another customer, it doesn’t bother me since this is an outdoor item! All parts were included.
