These chairs are beautiful and just what I wanted around my fire pit. You just have to put them together. I ordered 6 and it took me 4 hours to put them together (woman in her 50's that's pretty handy, with some assistance from my 85 year old father). The first one took the longest because the directions are terrible! I finally found a YouTube video that helped a little but the first one took over an hour. After the 2nd one was together it was much quicker with chairs 3-6. I highly recommend watching the instruction video first or you'll just get frustrated quickly. Once you get the arms connected to the seat, it's pretty simple. I considered deducting a star for the assembly instructions but I love them so much now that they are together I decided against it.
